Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind every product we carry. Here's what to do if something isn't right with your order.

At Hijab Quarters, we take pride in the quality of every product we carry. Each order is personally packed and checked before it leaves us. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we are committed to making it right.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


What We Accept

Returns & Exchanges Accepted

We accept returns and exchanges for defective or damaged items only. To be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:

✓  Item is defective or damaged upon receipt
✓  Reported within 7 days of receiving your order
✓  Item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
✓  Original tags and packaging are intact

Items returned due to a change of mind, or items that do not meet the above conditions, will not be accepted.


How to Return an Item

Defective Items Only

If you received a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp with the following:

1.  Your order number
2.  Clear photos of the defect
3.  A brief description of the issue

Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for collection. Return shipping for defective items is covered by Hijab Quarters.


Exchanging an Item

Subject to Stock Availability

Exchanges for defective items are accepted subject to stock availability. We will do our best to provide a replacement of the same item in the same colour and size.

Non-Returnable Items

Not Eligible

The following are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

✕  Items returned due to change of mind
✕  Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
✕  Items without original tags or packaging
✕  Items reported after 7 days of receipt
✕  Sale or clearance items
